GlobalFast is an extended liquid fast, wherein the fast lasts more than 24hours and you can drink liquids such as water, tea and coffee.

GlobalFast guides and supports ‘fasters’ during the fast. There are a few grocery items we recommend that support your fast. GlobalFast also provides drink recommendations and recipes when you are ready to break your fast. We also help you prepare your mind for the challenge that awaits you. …Basically, all you need to do is show up.

Be mindful of how they make you feel when you take them on an empty stomach. Though this does not apply to everyone, it is ideal to keep up vitamin and mineral intake during a fast as you won’t be getting these from food.
